We are the most welcoming, cheerful, and inclusive parent and baby dance class, and we are located in the heart of Brussels.

Although we're in a dance class, it really doesn't matter if you do the steps perfectly (we're all sleep-deprived, right? 

It's all about you feeling like YOU again, with lots of joy, good vibes, and in a warm environment.

It is the perfect opportunity to be active, enjoy dancing to the best music, and meet other lovely mums from the neighbourhood.

Bring your own baby carrier or sling, or use ours! 

Our experienced and lovely instructors are ready to help you, so your little one can cuddle up to you, feel safe, and even fall asleep… yes, even your sleepless baby!

What you can definitely expect: a super welcoming atmosphere and a place where you can truly be yourself.
