RESPONSIBILITIES
- Personal care services: You provide warm, quality care to (expectant) parents during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period.
- Bike-friendly care: You move easily by bike through Brussels to visit parents and babies.
- Communication: You communicate empathetically and clearly with families, and tailor your approach to their needs.
- Independent working: You manage your own schedule and care pathways, in consultation with the team and with room for your own initiative.
- Creating closeness: You create closeness and safety in this special phase of life and truly make a difference in the lives of young families.
REQUIRED
- Qualified midwife: You hold a diploma in midwifery. Experience in home care or perinatal care at home is a plus.
- Independent and organised: You plan and work independently, but also feel at home in a team with shared responsibilities.
- Empathetic and patient-centred: You have a great capacity for empathy and support parents and babies in a warm, respectful manner.
- Cycling skills: You are smooth and safe on your bike in Brussels, rain or shine doesn't hold you back.
- Language proficiency: Knowledge of Dutch, French, English or other languages is an added value.
