Responsibilities
- Personal care services: Providing high-quality, patient-centred care at home.
- Bike-friendly care: Efficiently getting around Brussels by bike to visit patients.
- Communication: Friendly and clear communication with patients and their families.
- Working independently: Managing your own planning and care pathways in collaboration with the team.
- Creating closeness: Building trust relationships with patients and contributing to their well-being.
Required
- Qualified nurse: You hold a nursing diploma and experience in home care is a plus.
- Independent and organised: You can work independently and manage your time efficiently.
- Empathetic and patient-centred: You easily connect and care in a human way.
- Cycling lover: You are willing to ride a bike through Brussels, regardless of the weather.
- Language proficiency: Knowledge of Dutch, French, English or other languages is an added value.
