Gladys, our acupuncturist, is offering a workshop that combines the health benefits of both qi gong and acupuncture for emotional balance..

Experience the synergy of Qi Gong and group acupuncture in our holistic sessions.  

We start with warm-up exercises that promote energy flow and improve circulation, followed by exercises aimed at emotional release and stress reduction. This preparation gets you ready for an acupuncture session focused on emotional balance and well-being, helping to reduce anxiety and foster deeper relaxation.

In the first hour, we prepare the body and make it more receptive to acupuncture, helping certain areas to release emotions. We do this with qi gong exercises (movements, tapping, acupressure points, self-massage), which improve flexibility, balance energy, and provide an overall sense of well-being.

After the movements, we transition to a more internal practice and use breathing techniques while the group acupuncture takes place. This combination promotes deeper emotional balance, enhances focus, and contributes to an overall sense of calm and recovery.

No further preparation or prior knowledge is required—everyone is welcome to join.
