Mama-Baby Yoga: a moment of connection and recovery

After the arrival of your little one, much changes, both physically and emotionally. Our Mama-Baby Yoga sessions provide you with a safe and welcoming space to rediscover yourself, together with your baby, and connect with other moms. You might even recognize some faces from our prenatal yoga sessions!

Why yoga during postpartum?

  •  Physical recovery:  Gently rebuild strength, flexibility, and core stability after childbirth.   
  • Emotional well-being: Reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support mental health during this transitional time.
  • Bonding with your baby: Engage in mindful moments together, strengthening the connection between you and your little one.

  • Formules:
    • Per single class: €20.
    • Course of 9 classes: €150 (1 class free!).
  • Feeding is welcome: Feel free to feed your baby during the session or take a break.
  • Equipment: We provide all the necessary materials, but you are welcome to bring your own mat or blanket.​
  • Facilities: A changing table, tea, water, and a pleasant, warm atmosphere are available for you.
